Merchandise purchased online through shop.advocaretexasbowl.com may be returned within 60 days from the date of purchase. The item(s) must be in the original, unused condition with the original tags and labels attached. You may return your order via mail or at the Go Texans Store. Please complete a Merchandise return form upon shipment. Returns are processed within 5 to 7 business days from the date we received the return at our warehouse. All returns are subjected to inspection. When your return is processed, you will receive an email notification. Typically, a refund in the amount of the price of the item(s) returned and applicable sales tax (shipping fees are not refundable) will be credited to the original form of payment.
